My universe
Movement and creativity run through everything I do
My offerings start from different languages — dance, movement, artistic creation and ritual — but they share one vision: creating experiences that allow us to be more present.
Experiences that can open new ways of feeling, expressing and relating: with ourselves and with each other.
And, from there, discovering other ways of inhabiting life, with more freedom, pleasure and fulfilment.
Body and movement
Move. Explore. Release.
A somatic experience, inspired by the four elements, to unlock specific areas of the body and feel at home in it.
The body is one of the ways through which we can come into contact with experience: a territory in which to feel, explore and let creativity unfold.
Through dance and conscious movement we find freer ways of expressing ourselves.
It isn't about learning steps.
It's about discovering yourself.
About releasing tension.
And, above all, about enjoying being inside your own body.
Creativity
Awaken your creativity.
Creativity is not a gift reserved for a few. It is a deeply human capacity. It never disappears, it is always there: it only needs a place where it can breathe again.
Here no technique or talent is asked of you. Only presence and a wish to play. There is no right way to do it, which is why you can't do it wrong.
Freedom in the form, intention at the core. As we create, what moves inside us takes shape and becomes visible: we can look at it and give it a place. And sometimes, through symbol, that gesture changes the way we see: it helps us give new meaning to our story and let go of old patterns.
More than teaching an artistic discipline, I am interested in opening spaces where each person can meet themselves through the act of creating.
Inquiry and awareness
When you move, create and share, the experience can go a little further.
The body holds memory, and creative processes, by their very nature, can open questions, awaken new ways of seeing and set in motion aspects of ourselves that sometimes lie dormant.
Through movement, the body and creation we can come closer to what we feel, become aware of our patterns and discover new ways of relating to ourselves.
The power of gathering
Creating together is also a way of honouring and celebrating life.
Since ancient times, art has accompanied rituals, gatherings and the important moments of human life.
When we create together, each person brings something of herself and, at the same time, lets herself be transformed by the presence of the others.
More trust.
More presence.
More belonging.
