Joy Ritual Arts
Women's circle
Dance, creativity and self-care to connect with your feminine essence.
I want to come
The space
Venus is a space for women who want to dance, awaken their creativity and give themselves the self-care they so deserve.
Here we meet to loosen the body, step out of the rhythm of productivity and be fully present in ourselves, so we can feel free, alive and radiant again.
A place where we don't come to get it right. We come to let go. To spread our wings and open our hearts.
Together we remember that being born in a woman's body is sacred. It is powerful. It is a reason to celebrate.
The power of the Circle
The Circle is a space where the earth calls us together to embody our truth as women, born for delight, for fullness, for boundless love and for harmony with the cycles of nature.
It is a celebration. Making art a sacred ritual, dance a prayer and gesture an offering.
What you'll experience
We move the whole body, with special attention to the pelvis and the chest, places where tension, emotion and latent creative energy are held.
A way of moving that weaves technique with free, fluid movement. Through the four elements (air, water, earth and fire) we explore sensations, states and energies that invite us to let go, to feel and to reconnect with our life force.
Art not as a result, but as a process. As a mirror. As a path inward.
Create to discover yourself. Create to free what lives in you. Create to remember your creative potential.
Painting, collage, clay, visionary art, art in nature, body art…
Small acts of love towards yourself. Moments of rest and softness to slow down, integrate and honour yourself.
We explore practices inspired by Taoist and Ayurvedic traditions to care for the body and the nervous system, cultivate energy and connect with nature.
We gather to honour having been born in a woman's body, and to remember our ancestral memory, the one that awakens through us when we come together in sisterhood.
Celebrating among women.
What you take with you

After each gathering you may experience:
We'll be waiting for you
We move to feel freer, more present, more alive. To remember that pleasure, beauty and wellbeing are our birthright.
